Shipping Information

For Buyers within Australia:
Free postage is included with all orders. You also have the option to upgrade to signiture on delivery or express post at checkout for a small additional fee. A tracking number will be supplied, and you can monitor your parcel's progress at auspost.com.au/track.

For Buyers in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand:
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. We ship promptly, but from time to time, international deliveries may take a little longer due to customs clearance or busy postal networks. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is on the way. Please note, any local import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery, and we completely understand that sometimes things don’t turn out quite as expected. If you need to return or exchange your piece for any reason, please see the options below:

1. Incorrect Size
If the jewellery piece you’ve ordered isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to exchange it for another size wherever possible. Please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

2. Change of Mind
Wasn’t quite what you were expecting? We’re more than happy for you to select something else from our store. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original condition. Please return it within 30 days and include a note with your name, order number, and the details of your request.

3. Faulty Items
We take great care in maintaining a high standard of quality in our store. In the unusual event that you receive a faulty item, please return it to us so we can report the fault, recycle the materials where possible, and offer you either a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
