For Buyers within Australia: Free standard post for all items. Standard post does not include tracking however you also have the option of selecting registered or express post in checkout for a minimal extra cost. Tracking number will be supplied and you can track your orders at auspost.com.au/track  .To give you peace of mind orders over $40 will be sent registered post at no extra cost to you. 

For UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, NZ Buyers:  Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time for your order. We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving payment however sometimes there are customs or postal delays at busy periods that are out of our control. For pack and track/registered post, the tracking number will be emailed to you. You can check the progress of your order at:  auspost.com.au/track. Tracking numbers are not available for standard international post (AU$3.90). Custom forms and numbers are lodged and kept.  Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for any local import taxes or customs fees incurred. 

Exchanges and Returns

If you find the ring you have purchased is the wrong size for you, we are usually able to exchange it for another size, otherwise we are happy to give you a full refund. The ring must be returned within 30 days and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. 

Ring sizing tips

Measure against another ring. Use a ring that fits the finger you want to measure, and then measure the inner diameter of the ring and inner circumference. Ensure you measure a size that will go over your knuckle snuggly, and will sit comfortably at the base of your finger.

Right and left hands are different. The hand you use to write with will often require larger ring sizes. Don't assume finger sizes are the same on both hands.

Wide bands require a larger size. For bands that are wider than 10mm, you should consider getting one size up (depending upon the width) as it will be more comfortable to wear.

Getting tight rings on and off. Liquid hand soap is the best lubricant for getting tight rings on and off. Just rub a little soap over your knuckle and the ring will slide off effortlessly.
