Exchanges and Returns

If the ring you’ve purchased doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange it for a different size or offer a full refund. Please return the ring within 30 days in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Ring Sizing Tips

• Measure against another ring: Use a ring that fits the finger you want to measure, and measure its inner diameter and circumference. Ensure the size will go over your knuckle snugly and sit comfortably at the base of your finger.

• Right and left hands differ: The hand you use for writing may require a larger ring size. Don’t assume both hands have the same size.

• Wide bands require a larger size: For bands wider than 10mm, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

• Tight rings: If you find a ring difficult to remove, applying liquid hand soap to your knuckle will allow the ring to slide off effortlessly.
