Postage Information
For Buyers within Australia: Free standard post for all items. You also have the option of selecting registered or express post in checkout for a minimal extra cost. Tracking number will be supplied and you can track your orders at auspost.com.au/track
For UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, NZ Buyers: Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time for your order. We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving payment however sometimes there are customs or postal delays at busy periods that are out of our control. You can check the progress of your order at: auspost.com.au/track. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for any local import taxes or customs fees incurred.
Exchanges and Returns
If you find the itemyou have purchased is the wrong size for you, we are usually able to exchange it for another size, otherwise we are happy to give you a full refund. The item must be returned within 30 days and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
