How does it work? It's easy! Simply choose your favourite design and let us know the style name and your preferred ring size using our CUSTOMER SPECIAL ORDER DESIGN link.
Your ring will usually take around 3–5 weeks to be made in your chosen size and arrive in store.
To secure your special order, we simply ask for a $10 deposit, which comes off the total purchase price. The remaining balance isn't due until your beautiful new ring arrives in stock!
And here's the exciting part… The Ring Vault gets a fresh sparkle every 3 months! With new designs to discover each season, there's always another reason to pop back and take a peek. See something you love? Don't wait too long — your favourite might not be here next time!"
A little note: Your $10 deposit is non-refundable once your order has been placed, unless we're unable to source your chosen design, in which case you'll receive a full deposit refund.
