We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving payment however sometimes there are customs or postal delays at busy periods that are out of our control. The tracking number will be emailed to you. Exchanges and Returns 

Returns are excepted when returned within 30 days and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
